The galvanized steel pipes are designed for water and gas ducts and heating installations.

Depending on the wall thickness, two types of galvanized pipes are available
| - ordinary pipes | - wall thickness | 2.6 - 4.5 mm |
| - strengthened pipes | - wall thickness | 2.9 - 5.4 mm |
The wall thickness tolerances must not exceed ( - 12.5%).
The length tolerances must be within the interval ± 100 mm.
3. Zinc coating
It is applied on the entire inside and outside surface with a thickness min 0.030 mm
- BDS 738-85.
4. Mechanical requirements
According to DIN 17100; DIN 1626; DIN 1615; BDS 2592; BDS 5785.
The pipes are subjected to 100 % nondestructive test of the weld.
5. Packing and delivery
The galvanized steel pipes are delivered in bundles of up to 5 MT in weight, tied at three points.
